Biography

Dr. Houari Hakima serves as a Maitre Assistante (Assistant Lecturer) in Dental Prosthetics within the Department of Dentistry, Faculty of Medicine, University of Oran 1 (Ahmed Ben Bella), Algeria. Her academic and research interests focus on prosthodontics, including the interrelationship between prosthetic factors and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. She has presented her work at international conferences such as the World Congress on Dentistry and Oral Health, and has co-authored several peer-reviewed studies covering topics such as stress factors among dental students and comparative analyses of implant-supported rehabilitation techniques. She continues to contribute to advancing evidence-based practice in restorative and prosthetic dentistry.
