Abstract
CCWR was described by Arnett and Reyneke many years ago. From a technical perspective, it involves performing mandibular-first surgery. Typically, our students learn and observe maxilla-first surgery at the hospital, so they are not accustomed to managing mandibular-first procedures.
In the presentation, we compare the results of airway improvement between this technique and Clockwise Rotation (CCR), which is the opposite approach.
