Abstract
A high percentage of edentulous maxilla need to be rebuilt to restitute the volume of bone prior to the dental implant placement, specially the posterior part. In our practice most of the patient refuse the autogenous bone graft even from intra-oral sites. so, we use the allografts (blocs and particles), xenografts to restore the volume, in quantity and quality prior to the implant placement to achieve the rehabilitation and give the patient function and esthetic.Biography
