Title: The Treatment System for Cleft Lip and Palate in Japan

Abstract

I have been treating patients with cleft lip and palate in Tokyo, Japan. I have over 20 years of clinical experience. It is said that the prevalence of this condition is particularly high among Asians. As an orthodontist, I have treated many patients, from infancy through adulthood. Today, I would like to explain a treatment protocol designed for beginners. I hope to convey, in simple and easy-to-understand terms, what points to keep in mind and the general flow of treatment.
